Rude and inconvenient. Called on a Saturday after FedEx told me they were open on Saturdays. The person on the other end was simply awful. Accused me of lying about what FedEx literally just told me and then was incredibly condescending when I asked him to clarify the hours. Turns out that they are terrible at customer service and are impossible to deal with if you work a 9-5 that isn't immediately downtown. I've already logged a complaint with FedEx, but seriously. What use are you if you don't bother staying open at least for a few hours outside of 830-6 Mon-Fri? Also, it isn't my fault that you haven't updated your hours with FedEx. Might wanna get on that.

I went to pick up a package I had ordered from amazon that I needed to redirect to crush media as the intercom to my apartment is broken. There was an elderly man with glasses working there that was rude from the first interaction. From just a short attitude to standing there pestering me about how my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID looked fake to him and that I should tell my "guy printing them" to fix his settings. Not wanting to argue I simply said "thats service Canada for you" before having to listen to another five minutes about how a cop is going to have issue with me if I get pulled over even though I had a health card, fishing licence, and even paycheque from my work I had picked up on the way there that all could have proved I was the exact person I was saying that I was. I Also had to deal with the unprofessionalism of him trying to guess what was in my package which is just ridiculous. It is clear that customer service is not a forefront of their minds when interacting with you and they will take the time to make your interaction with them as difficult and frustrating as possible and I will be ensuring I never go through their services again.

Its tough to park just outside at front door for quick pickup parcel since store is located on bust street. I visited only once for Fedex parcel pick up. Place is open till late hours so it turns out as a positive factor. Staff wasn’t very friendly ot super chatty but wasn’t rude either(Long day I guess). Good place to visit for copies or parcel pickup.

Absolutely horrific experience. The worst customer service I have ever come across. They do not follow COVID safety protocols and the owner/ people who work there are ignorant of the situation. I guarantee he will want to respond to this comment with a "sorry you feel this way" but "we do everything correctly" comment, but the fact of the matter is this company is selfish and does not conduct itself in a respectful manner. I will be raising my concerns with FedEx.

Very helpful in solving a FedEx problem. The staff were calm and worked until the problem (not of their causing) was successfully resolved. I left very happy and with my package. A lovely calming atmosphere you just know you are in great hands. (Custom #0439)

I was there to pick up an online order delivered by FedEx. The front counter staff was friendly and very patient. They offer printing services including 3-D printing as well. Apple, the shipper for my package, did not include a tracking number in their order email. However, I was able to go through Appleβ€˜s telephone service to get the tracking number. As it states in the other reviews and comments this place does not have the ability to get your tracking number for FedEx. Before going there please make sure to have your Fedex tracking number with you as that is the most efficient and best way to pick up your package. If you don’t have a tracking number, don’t melt down at the counter like a baby or leave poor Google reviews for the place. Just have the tracking number with you. No: 0343

It's obvious that this establishment does not have any desire to be a FedEx pick up/drop off location. I'm uncertain why they are in the first place when it's clear, by several reviews, it's the last thing they want to be dealing with. FedEx did not deliver my package to my home despite me being home so we were told to pick it up at this location. I called to confirm things and the person on the phone was rather abrupt and rude. My experience was fair, as the one employee working was helpful and polite. There was a rather unnecessary argument between the owner and another employee while we waited for our package. I hope I don't have to pick up future packages there. And in response to the owner comment: No, I wasn't upset about having to pick up a package. You made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable being there as you berated your employees in front of us. Take some ownership for your unprofessionalism.

Customer service is really not good here. I read the other reviews and it seems like the owner thinks that nothing is his fault. Reviews would be a lot better if he took a look in the mirror and tried to be better to his customers. Really disappointing
