A	A.D.S Wash & Seal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can’t say enough about Joel and the Smpl Design team. We contacted Joel after seeing some projects he did around town as we too wanted to achieve a sleek modern look. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall passion for design gave us so much confidence. I can’t imagine how anyone could invest in a home without a true visualization. Smpl’s hd renders helped us choose the style, look, and materials to be used on our project. Looking back, we couldn’t imagine how we would’ve done this without them. We were able to maintain our budget through the choice of materials and visualize exactly what we were going to build. As the build progressed and we made some minor tweaks, Joel and the team modified our renders instantly so I could confirm with our trades this was in fact what we wanted to do and the look we wanted to achieve- No hold up on our end. Once again, I can’t recommend Smpl design enough. Don’t embark on a build or renovation without their professional help. Saved me a lot of money and headaches! Thanks again! Kamila and Anthony

Professionally, Joel and his team have been awesome to work with from start to finish. They have always been very flexible with our timelines, developed plans and renders that suited our needs and were super creative with the floor plan. Personally, Joel is very positive, friendly and great with communication, answering texts/emails in a super prompt manner.
