She spoke with me about the opportunity and sent my resume to the employer indicating my experiences.
She arranged for a face to face interview today January 07, 2022.
Before the end of the day, she called me and shared the good news that I can start on Monday January 10, 2022.

I always feel I can talk to her about my job, and she's never let me down. She even takes the time to check up on me once in a while to see how I'm doing at my job. She doesn't just show me that I've got a great agent who's always ready to help me out with my job, but a real friend who's always got my back

Randstad is a good placement agency to start with if you don’t have a strong employment connection. They have a great network of placement opportunities of almost all flavors, and the personnel are very supportive. Although people’s experience may vary, I think if your objective is to get a job in an environment that takes in account your limitations and challenges, then I think you won’t be wrong to try them. Just be sincere and open to the staffing consultant you will be working with to help her/him get you tailored placement that fits your profile.
I personally consulted them last summer for a placement and the experience I had with the staffing consultant Rylie Watson was quite good. She was a very professional and empathetic person. In all assignments she gave me, she had to check and find the best fit for me, trying as possible to balance the accessibility and my other commitments as a postgraduate student. She was often ahead of me to know how I was doing at work, if there was any challenge that she could help with, and she backed me up every time I needed her help.
These people are really great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend or relative if possible.
