I've lived in the building for 3 years and although I've had some issues with noise the management has always done their best to address them. The building is wood frame not concrete so a certain amount of noise is expected. Otherwise it's one of the nicest rentals I've lived in, the building is well maintained, clean and problems have been fixed right away.

Our experience here has been positive. Maintenance issues have been done in a timely manner. The manager has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Have been here for approximately 3 months. Nicely maintained building. The property mgr and maintenance staff have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Items requiring their attention have been handled timely and satisfactorily.

The management and maintenance at this building are great! The building is very well maintained and any time I have a request, Paige is always quick to respond and help. The tenants are quiet and the building is clean. It's a very nice place to live - I have no complaints!

I love living here!! This has been my home for the past 5 years, and I have no intention of leaving! Canadian Urban is a wonderful management company that clearly cares about its tenants. Any issues I have had in my suite are responded to and resolved expeditiously. As well, Paige Desjardins, our Resident Manager, is equally attentive to the residents in our building and is always very prompt to respond to questions or concerns. In the spring, I look forward to seeing what the landscaping crew does with our flower beds and green spaces, as it is always different and always impressive! I feel that the exterior beauty serves as a perfect reflection of the individual suites within. Vantage at Callaghan is a smaller complex, which allows for the tenants to feel more like neighbors and promotes a sense of safety and security. I have never had any issues with any of my neighbors or their pets, and I get the sense that everybody in this building is just as proud as I am to be living here. I would strongly encourage anyone to choose Vantage at Callaghan as their next home.

This is the fifth year I’ve called Vantage At Callaghan home, living on three separate floors within that time. I adore this building as it's well maintained, secure, affordable, quiet, and the amenities are fantastic; especially the heated underground parking. The building manager, Paige, has been very accommodating and goes out of her way to make the moving in/out process as smooth and easy as possible. She’s very sweet and always quick to respond to any issues or inquiries when they come up. The cherry on top is that this building is pet friendly! I love seeing my neighbours’ pets out and about as well as being able to keep my own without paying excessive pet fees every single month like a lot of other buildings require. Overall, it’s a really great building in a lovely, quiet part of the city that I genuinely look forward to coming home to every day.
