My cat loves this park. There's a small beach. I found some oysters there, logs to sit on and big rocks for my cat to explore. There's also a walking path and trees by a small wooden bridge. If you poke around, you'll find a pond. The pond is yucky, too much geese poop. Parking is available for pay, but you can park in the residential area and walk in. There's a nearby off leash dog park so watch for dogs on the loose.

The views of False Creek and the West End are beautiful. There are some amazing large scale outdoor pieces of art installed on the grass area. Recommend for a walk or a picnic in the summer, there is ample adjacent paid parking available.

Second visit, 25 years apart, and still beautiful. You can see why the city is so proud of this oasis.

In the shadow of the planetarium and the site of Bard on the Beach, Vanier park has been a fixture of Vancouver's waterfront for decades. A short walk to the Maritime Museum and a slightly longer walk to Kits beach the park is near the seawall, rowing clubs and access to downtown via the Burrard Bridge.

Great park in the summer, just watch for bird poop! Views of downtown Vancouver and Barge Chilling Beach. The large art piece in the middle is I believe in homage to an explorer from back in the day! Great walking trail along the water here.

The last couple of days have been very special indeed ! With our recent deep freeze some very industrious people have taken it upon them selves to shovel the snow and crest 7 or 8 mini rinks where they are playing hockey and just skating !

Great park to go to for a relatively short hike, with great views and gravel trails. Additionally, there's many attractions nearby like the Vancouver Maritime Museum, Museum of Vancouver, Gordon Southam Observatory, etc.

Such a beautiful park all year round. Good spot for picnic too in the summer. Overlooking the ocean and English Bay is very calming. Chilling on the beach is relaxing. Bring your family and dogs here, you won’t regret it!
