★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/5 star for the EasyPark garbage system. As shown in the photo attached, we paid enough parking time, but the officer printed a parking ticket saying the system shows it is unpaid. After we complained, the officer apologized a bit, but he said it is not his fault and not his duty to make corrections.
2/5 for the dumb officer on duty. When we showed our payment receipt, his first reaction is saying he cannot do anything. He also does not care. He is just a robot doing his job. He asked me to file dispute online in a strong tone. He did not apologize for the system, although it is not his fault, but he is the one giving ticket and he is on-site. The conversation with him sounds like I am guilty for wrong doing which is totally wrong. He admitted EasyPark system could have issue. If he apologize first, and help to check the recipe and guide us to dispute the ticket, that will be much better. It was not a happy conversation. The whole 15 mins is to see his arguing with the customer. He refused to be voice or video recorded but later he realize it is legal to video record him. Then he started debating like a lawyer. Ruined our mood at such a nice beach. But I am glad that he was willing to talk and I can see he later tried to make me to understand his awkward situation. Hope he will do better next time and be polite in such situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking lot is operated by Easypark. When you purchase a ticket the receipt is NOT uploaded immediately, more like 15 -20 mins. If the attendant checks your car in this time period you will be ticketed and you will have to go through the unpleasant experience of making an appeal.
This problem is common to all EasyPark lots. It has happened in 2 of 3 times I've used Easypark. Never again.
