Fast and easy. They installed new Mac OS on my 2011 Mac which I wasn't able to install back after errasing data and resting factory settings. Happy with the service. All done within less than an hour.

Gave details of exact problems and not to proceed with any upgrades until problem could be fixed. Got iMac back after hundreds of dollars of upgrades and apparent fix and problem still existed. Did not offer a solution to revert costs and take out upgrades as I did not want them if problem could not be fixed. Unfortunately they are not a pro Mac shop. Fine if you need a typical repair but beyond that they guess and charge you for it. β€”Update β€” They reverted my iMac back to the original drive and refunded half of what I paid which I thought was fair as I knew it was a slight risk of not being repaired . For that I give them kudos for their professional service.

When I dropped my Mac off the employee seemed not to understand the simple data recovery questions I had. I was informed they couldn’t fix it after two days of it being in the shop. When I went to pick it up I asked the employee working there if they had any success recovering my files and he said they didn’t look for any files, that I hadn’t lost anything. I asked what I spend nearly $200 on and he said the malware scan. Only after I had him call his boss did I get any answers about what exactly they had done. He promised me an itemized receipt and a 20% refund after the long weekend, on Tuesday. The employee had me write my email on my file which had my master password written on it. I asked if he would be shredding it and he scribbled it out. Two days after the refund and receipt were promised I texted and was told β€œsorry I’m very busy, will send it tomorrow (Friday)”. Finally, Friday night, after more texting and insisting, the refund came through. But with no receipt still. And no assurance of my password being shredded.

The trackpad on my MacBook was damaged after a slight spill of liquid. (No liquid was spilled anywhere else, and the keyboard was working perfectly) I called Alex and he gave me a quote of $100 to fix it. It took a total of 5 days to fix the problem, and upon picking the laptop up my dad was charged a total of $280.

This place replaced my battery last year at a fraction of the price. Friendly and competent service, really inspires confidence. Tonight, a spilled some water on my desk and it got into the back of my Macbook Pro and it slowly died. I unplugged everything, tried to dry it out with a blowdryer...but it wouldn't start, so I called Alex on his cell. He remembered me from my number and said he would be by in 15 minutes - I just live up Fraser and he was here to pick it up in case it needed repairs. I said, I don't have any cash, he said, don't worry about it right now, I can pay when they fix it. By the time he got here, it had been about 45 min since the spill...I tried to start it and it worked. He assured me there was no need to take it in. I guess my efforts helped but I probably just got lucky. Anyway, Alex didn't charge me for the service call. What a relief. If you have a Mac, don't go anywhere else. These guys will treat you right.

At first I went to Crystal mall to get my girlfriend's laptop fix, but turns out they put in a cheap motherboard instead. Decided to come to this location and after getting it fix, her laptop worked like brand new as if nothing happened! The price wasn't even that expensive compare to Crystal mall. Very satisfy with the results and I will probably get mine look through some day as well. Thank you Alex and the rest of the team! *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

This isn't the typical repair shop that will try to charge you for every issue they can come up with. When I first spoke to Alex about a small crack on my screen, he gave his honest opinion and said that a repair would NOT be worth my money. I decided to proceed anyway and was only charged a small fee compared to what other repair shops were quoting me for. Please stay honest and affordable! I will definitely be back.

I DO NOT recommend this place. They are very unprofessional and don't seem to know what they are doing whatsoever. I went in to get my Imac upgraded and I am not at all satisfied with the service they provided. First off, they gave me a price for upgrading the RAM and the labour cost, and I agreed. But I suddenly got a text message later saying that it would cost $80 more for them to take the Imac apart. I am confused as to why they did not calculate this earlier and why it was brought up so abruptly. Secondly, when I came to pick up the computer, the worker was unable to track down why I was there. I told him I was there to pick up my computer, and he took a long time figuring out which computer it was. Lastly, I tested out the computer before taking it home. Only to find out that it is even slower than before, and in worse condition. I tried negotiating the price, because I was not at all satisfied with their service or explanation, but ended up having to pay the initial agreed amount. So if you would like fast, efficient service, I suggest you go elsewhere for your computer needs.
