★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Vancity for 11 years and have been continuously pleased with their wonderful customer service and contributions to the community. I would certainly recommend this credit union. The Mount Tolmie branch is in a lovely modern building as well, and has a pleasant atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How community banking should be done. I've only had good experiences at this bank and they always go out of their way to make clients feel welcome. Their is a free coin counting machine for pubic use, which is a great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this bank. They are friendly and helpful and the bank feels relaxing. I switched from another popular Credit Union to here. This place retains the feeling of the community credit union that some credit unions have lost. Yes, The coin counting machine is a bonus too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful bank. Focuses so much on the things that don't matter. Has an AWFUL website with probably the worst auth system I've ever seen a bank have, always takes 30+ minutes for an e-transfer to deposit, has literally 0 good features. There isn't even VISA functionality with debit cards.
Overall, probably one of the worst banks you could go to. Whoever the higherups at this bank are just seem quite incompetent.
