★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is great at the office except Audrey or the front desk lady. She is so rude everytime. I stopped going back and never will. I know others that have had similar situations. Very poor customer service.
It's too bad because everyone Alice has always been great to our family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's unfortunate that I have to write this but I feel I have to warn people that they *will* be overbilled, potentially to the point of insulting absurdity. I gave Dr. Watt 2 stars instead of 0 because she referred me to a WONDERFUL dental surgeon (who went to school with her but must have missed the classes on how to overbill your patients because he's as fair as the day is long). In fact you can read my review of Dr. Jeremy King on Google, it couldn't have been more glowing. UPDATE: their response (below) is completely unacceptable and untrue. If they were willing to work with me they would have when I spoke with them earlier, not AFTER a well earned and honest negative review on a public forum. Dr. Watt your actions were dishonest and deep down you KNOW it.

The new office is clean, bright and modern, you can tell they put a lot of work into making it something they’re proud of. It’s also in a much better location with easy access to parking and for people with mobility issues.
