E	E. T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has to go once a month for an INR there seems to be no effort made in reducing wait times. There are not enough resources and zero effort seems to have been made in trying to improve this. This morning the 'estimated wait time' for the Glenmore Lab was over 242 minutes. This is CLEARLY not acceptable!! As I type this it's currently at 84 minutes The Mission lab has a full wait list. This is NOT acceptable practice. This is not the fault of the staff, but clearly the greedy pathologist owners who need to invest a few more of their $$ into resources providing more offices and staff for a growing community... It's such a pity there is no competition or they would be out of business!!

During the COVID, it has been difficult for all of us. Online check in is an excellent way to cut down on wait times. Thank you, Staff, for all you do. ????
L	Lou Mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drs are phenomenal with fabulous bedside manners. The office is always clean. On the other hand the front desk staff are awful. Zero manners, zero patience and just a terrible unfriendly attitude. I believe if burnout is the reason for their attitude, maybe it’s time to bring in a young person to take over the job. It’s been one too many times I have been treated as well as witness the poor attitude.
j	joan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this lab this morning before 8:30am. Waited outside for an hour before being called in to receive a buzzer. Went back outside and waited another 25 min.. I actually thought my buzzer wasn't working. Called inside and waited once again to have blood taken. It was pretty cold waiting and a long, long time. I know there is on line check in but those patients were frustrated too. They had to wait quite awhile outside too. When I had my blood taken I could tell that the staff are completely frazzled. They usually ask how your day is going but, they are not going to mention that when you look like an icicle. Obvious to me this lab should be opened more hours. There is no reason labs can't be open weekends and nights during this extraordinary time. Everyone else has changed there lifestyles so must places life this. I can only imagine how some poor patient who is actually really sick could cope with this system. Also, obvious to me the system of on line registration and waiting line at the same lab at the same time, does not work. Whoever is in charge of this lab needs to fix this both for the patients and for their staff.
