Brandt's Creek Liquor Store

First of all, my family and I travel to and purchase from this store 2 - 3 times each week. During a snowstorm this week, attended the store and bought several items of liquor while parked in one of their front stalls. I then went into the neighbouring IGA for a total of 8 - 10 minutes for 3 items. I returned to my vehicle whereI was met by an employee who then began to lecture me for parking in what the owner calls "express parking" (which, if I recall is a posted 10 minute sign). I informed the employee of my liquor purchase and actually pointed to the full bag of bottles sitting in my vehicle. A quick stop afterwards (I mean its a 20 foot walk away to the other store - should I drive it)? The employee was blunt and unreasonable and explained she had been watching the parking lot on instructions from the owner. Which was true in her full winter coat standing outside!? Let's be realistic people - do you really need to lecture and chase your customers over 10 minutes of parking especially after I just dropped my hard earned money in your store? I wasn't impressed at all. This isn't exactly a hard to find product and I simply use this store due to its vicinity to the others. If i'm going to be watched for how long I park in your stalls and be greeted and talked to like a 15 year old, I'll be happily taking my business elsewhere. Owners, your customers are the only reason you exist - common sense and some leniency go along ways towards retention.

Decent selection for a small liquor store. Their cross-promotions with Brandt's Creek Pub across the street and Company Kitchen next door are well worth taking advantage of.

I would have preferred to just email these guys at Brandts Liquor Store but no email option on website! So here I am having to review sadly instead. Last night 1 star as the Asian gal mid evening was so horrible and rude and non engaging. I only asked nicely if I get two stamps being a nickel out from 20 dollars on a 15 pack of Old Milwaukee and she was so rude answering me and I even said to her "I was asking nicely". How in her world is just a question asked nicely, rude!!! Was unreal. Most others are ok in there but at times some seem to not enjoy their job so best I can give is a 2 of course. Wake up and just enjoy your job! OR leave!

Like the reward system . But prices have been creeping up in the store lately which is disappointing. The beer I usually buy went up by 5.00 and beer in general in this store is a bit higher than other stores now , not sure why cause other stores didnt raise prices

Amazing service here. If you ever need a keg for your home bar, go nowhere else. Prices are competitive and if you're lucky enough to have Alena help you, you're golden. She really went out of her way for us this week.

Customer service over the phone was exceptional - my friends and I were looking for a very specific product that every liquor store in town had sold out, and you’d be shocked at how awful all the other liquor store’s customer service was on the phone but the Brandt’s employee was so kind and helpful. We are so happy it was in stock and made our special night actually happen.

Absolutely ridiculous - I have bought liquor from this location many times over the years. Today they would not accept my interim ID from ICBC while my license is being renewed and being sent via mail, nor would they accept a copy of my passport. The interim ID is a legal piece of government identification and should be accepted. Took my business elsewhere, and will not be back to this over-priced liquor store. Go elsewhere to avoid hassle.

They have a good selection. However there usually no one around to help. So if you have a question u have to stay in the line to ask the cashier. Overall I usually buy my wine from here and I'm happy.
