I asked the sales clerk to help get the picture down so I could purchase it. The clerk refused. Said she couldn’t take it down because she didn’t want to take the ladder out since they were too big. I stated that I lived 45 minutes away and would not be able to come back anytime soon - the clerk still refused. I left without the picture and will not be returning.

PHENOMENAL! if i owned a retail store i would hire her promptly! super friendly. nice personality. knowledgeable. offered to show me additional products on ipad. showed sincere interest in what i was looking for. explained in detail the order and delivery process. offered me 10 percent on the spot. just an overall incredible sales experience!!!!!!!!

Had to ask for someone to deal with the line up at the cash. If I didn't want one item for a gift would have walked out like other customers did. Won't return.

Certainly a challenge, but I wanted something unique in the style I felt any recipient would love. The staff were very helpful. I found something amazing in the price range. I will shop Urban Barn again. for sure! P.S. Saw a few things for my home too. Have told Santa.

I wanted comfortable, soft pillows and blankets in a warm palette and was not disappointed! This is our cozy family room where we watch movies and hang out. The dog approves!
P	Pete Snyder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally speaking, I love the items I purchase from Urban Barn and it is always a pleasure to go into the store. Whether I have purchased an end table, a duvet, a pillow or a frame, they have all had a unique but well made quality. The problem is with the on-line purchasing which has happened a lot with Covid. You place things in your cart, you get a pop up that states that 20 other people are looking at the same item and you place your order. Sometimes you place your order and in the time it took you to do so, they truly are out of stock but your payment has gone through, and you don't get that payment back until you get an email that hopefully you don't ignore and go to the store and request it. This system makes it very easy to just lose the money....so I am very happy with the product, happy with the store mostly but not happy at all with on-line purchases (yet on-line is still my comfort zone).
