Great La Z Boy team, right from when we walked in the door to the coordination of the delivery to the great guys that delivered the furniture and setting it up. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend La Z Boy.

Walked in and looked around for more than 20 minutes. No one approached us to see if we needed any help. Some didn't even look up from their phones as we walked by. I guess the 14 people working there didn't need any more sales.

It was a horrible experience. The staff looked completely disinterested. Decided buy my table from somewhere else. You really need to train your staff better if you want business.

I love love LOVE my Canadel dining table. It was so easy to pick out exactly what I wanted with all the selection and choices they have available. Also knowing the craftsmanship and quality that goes into making my table made it an easy choice. I had shop other brands but eventually decided on Canadel because of the quality and service I received from the fine folks at the showroom. I know this will be a great table for years to come.

I ordered a custom dining table. Visited the store 3 times before making the payment on my last trip. Was extremely irritated by the lack of approachability and unfriendly faces of Lina and the two girls at the Canadel cash. As a paying customer, I was expecting professionalism and a friendly face. During payment, I don't know how someone can be so irritating to ask my cellphone number 5 times! Because the system kept messing up. Then making me walk to another computer and repeating my number again and again..hello can't you just write it on a paper. On top of that a sour face the whole time. Then I go to the two girls at cash, again more unfriendly faces. They're paid to be there, but looks like they really just want to do the bare minimum. Their attitude was irritating and I just really didn't want to give my business to Canadel if I hadn't already invested my time on selecting the dining table. Canadel needs to train their staff better or replace them. Thinking about my experience there still makes me angry despite it being a few months already. Aside from the 3 ladies mentioned,the designer Mariann was helpful. I was hoping to be able to approach her or she would approach me since I had discussed designs with her multiple times, but she had a line of customers.Shipment and delivery was also on time and the men who assembled were friendly as well.

*edit* Subsequent to my initial review of this store, customer service reached out to me and I did get the opportunity to have a follow up conversation with the La-Z-Boy store manager Peter with whom I was able to voice my concerns – he listed to what I had to say, and was also most pleasant and helpful in determining what the went wrong – which stemmed from the fact that because the original person I dealt with was away there was some third party miscommunication which lead to the confusion. All has since been rectified and what was initially discussed was indeed offered with additional goodwill incentive included. Both the staff and the management at this store went out of their way to ensure that a customer was not only heard but they went out of their way to ensure it was addressed and rectified. Both Peter and Racha should be commended for their excellent customer service and I could not be happier with the outcome – especially given the knowledge that I will be getting a quality Canadian made product that our family will be able to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you for your excellent care.
