C	Cindy brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am shocked at leaving a 5 star review as I haven't shopped at the brick in 12 years due to a horrible experience, however, we found an end table that was exactly what we wanted and nobody else had it. I called and spoke to Mark who works in the appliances, he was fantastic. I briefly explained what happened many years ago and I have to say this experience was nightmare free. It was pleasant with no hiccups, well other than we had two phone calls from two different people telling us our order was in. Thank you very much Mark!

But after meeting Mark Redwood, the experience was just amazing. He took the time to explain to me the different models and found the ones that were best suited for my needs. He also genuinely went over the whole bill with me and described to me the warranty that was offer. Mark is the MAN! He was truly fantastic and he made my experience one that I'll never forget at The Brick. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

He answered all our questions, took the time to really understand what we were looking for and why. Checked what was in stock, made sure he only charged us once for delivery since our purchases were spread out due to stock availability and gave us whatever sales incentives were available at the time (extra warranties etc.). My daughter also needed a new bed so we directed her to talk to Pepe. He made sure her purchase did not get an additional delivery charge too. Pepe is an excellent salesperson. At no time did I feel pressure to buy above my budget or to over buy for my needs. Very knowledgeable, respectful and easy to work with. The mattress that i bought did not work and there were no issues exchanging it. I have always liked shopping at the Brick and this recent experience reminds me why. No issues with delivery either - lots of communication as to when the delivery would arrive, and a check that everything was satisfactory upon delivery. All in all a wonderful shopping experience.

He helped my brother and sister-in-law a couple of years ago and came highly recommended by them. Mark is fantastic. He is so friendly, helpful and patient and always willing to answer all my questions (and I usually have lots!). His customer service is excellent. We've never felt pressured and I have no doubt Mark is getting us the best price possible. Thanks, Mark!

He was extremely friendly and personable, got us set up with everything we needed. He was very willing to leave communication opened after the sale and as we had follow up questions afterward, he promptly answered and went above and beyond for us. Very pleased with the experience. We do not have the bed yet but will be reviewing once received. Will be going back this location!

Purchased a new washing machine and I was able to go through the purchasing quickly and get a delivery date before I ran out of clean clothes. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, which made the trip as stress free as you could ask for.

He is very knowledgeable and was so pleasant and fun to deal with, plus he did everything he could to give me the best deal possible that it was very easy to make the decision to buy right then. His manager Chad was very helpful and pleasant as well. I really felt valued as a customer and wouldn't think twice about shopping there again.

Well he was wrong the material is very worn looking and full of pills. It is just my husband and I and we hardly ever use the sofa. We have a warranty but impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Finally spoke to someone and they assured us they would get back to us. Still no return call. Now talking to other people and they all have the same issues with them. So much for quality and service. Not sure what steps to take now???
