On this particular occasion we were in the market for an office chair and found the perfect chair, on sale, at Urban Barn. Collin was our sales associate that day and he was very friendly, helpful and available to us during this shopping experience. Thank you Collin and Urban Barn, we are very happy with our experience and purchased and we will be back!

E	Ernest Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a place that don’t care any human being and their life, this is the one.I was biking at 37 degree outside along Gordon road and this pos is the closest I could find in such emergency as I felt I could pass out any moment. All I asked was to sit next to door to recover a bit and I explained to the staff. Since they required a mask and I wasn’t planning to shop at place like this, I didn’t have a mask and the staff insisted me to gtfo. I mean if I can make it to other place with a shade I wouldn’t go in there in the first place. This is not how you should treat any human being. So if you want to shop at a cold hearted place, this is the one. Their products are overpriced anyways.

She was not pushy, provided information leaflets on each item we were interested in, and was incredibly helpful in store. It doesn't end there, though. She emailed us not once, but twice afterward to inform us of sales that would apply to purchases we had already made. She let us know that we could come in for a refund of the discounted amount. We will certainly be shopping almost exclusively at urban barn and would recommend the same to anyone looking for good quality furniture. Ask for Patti - she's great!
J	James Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to UB in Regina (Feb16, 2021) to look at new living room furniture. I asked a sales lady why they don't display the prices on the furniture for easy viewing. She said the price is written on a tag and showed me. The font is really small to read. She told me that if you need to ask the price, then you probably can't afford it. I said to her, "in other words you don't want me shoppng here" and walked out the door. How rude is that?

She had my floor lamp brought out and other than looking around the store for my next purchase the whole thing took maybe five minutes. The girls really helped me. Couch even showed up before estimated time. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will be back for my next purchase.
