A	Ashley Goodwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE everything in this store. I question the quality because the prices are sooo good!! Will definitely be getting our next couches from here. UPDATE: Ordered 1 piece in July and am still waiting 5 months later with no guarantee when it'll be available for pick up. I knew this when I ordered so luckily I didn't order all $2,000 of product that I wanted. Will update again on customer service if I decide to cancel this week

Tried to talk to manager but she is off work for the whole week .Calling head office ,telling me since you did not purchase online ,we don't have your information in the system. Telling me different stories on delayed items by different people,very confusing and poor customer service !

T	Tania Orr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great until you need to make a warranty claim. Bought a bed, the wood snapped in the middle of a sleep. Called store, they told me to take pictures and send an email which I did. I got no response for over a month despite calling and visiting the store. When they finally contacted me they told me I need to take a picture of the whole bed. Do they actually think I should have left my bed broken until they could get around to even acknowledging my claim? One month later it’s still not resolved. Poorly constructed with cheap, dry wood. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.

R	Rhian Watkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 Stars- I had read all of the reviews on Structube and was quite hesitant to order at first. In September I decided to take a chance and order a table and console as Structube's furniture is beautiful and not overpriced. As many other reviews say, I was told a delivery date, the date would pass, and I would contact the store only to be told the date had been pushed back even further. This became a bit frustrating as it is hard to enjoy a new home without the furniture that you have already paid for. I ended up cancelling my console piece as I was not willing to wait 4 months for it into December, when I was originally told beginning of October. With the table, I continued to call Structube week after week for updates. I spoke with the store manager multiple times who was very helpful and understood the frustration of my situation. In the end, we FINALLY received our table 3 months after ordering it.... and it was damaged. Structube was hardly offering 10% off of what we paid for the table in compensation for the damage, however again the store manager spoke to HQ and was able to get a bit more off (still not great though). OVERALL, good quality furniture, great prices, polite management but inaccurate and slightly disappointing wait times. If you have the time to wait for your furniture then definitely order, but if you expect a quick delivery find something else!
