★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one to complain about food very often but my fries were horrible. They were extremely hard and dry.. felt like they’ve been sitting all day. The burger on the other hand, no flavour at all.

The staff is so friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are all familiar of five guys food in sure by now. But whoever our server was today, but customer experience I have seen in a restaurant in Regina since the covid thing. Took our order, polite quick helpful, then let us change happily. Cleaned up came around sprayed tables, cleaned. Back up ensure we got our order the way we wanted and made sure everyone was following the rules. Good job Anij M ??? (Is what my receipt says)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in last night and the cashier was rude. It was 930 and he acted like I was coming in 5 minutes before close. I asked for tomatoes on my burger he told me they don't have any. (sure, it happens) then when dressing my burger they neglected to add 2 toppings I did ask for. He did so while not changing his gloves after cash transactions with other customers.-durring a pandemic. Then they dressed another person's burger for skip the dishes and added tomatoes.Honnestly. I'll never go back. You've lost a family of 6 customers for life.

But verrrry expensive. $85 for 4 burgers and fries and unfortunately had to ask them to redo one of our burgers bc they didn't do the lettuce wrap option for our gf sensitive daughter. But that wasn't at all a problem so yeah! Menu not straight forward as all our burgers were surprisingly doubles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bun flat and squashed. Gross processed cheese. Overcooked patties. Overcooked bacon almost hard enough to damage teeth. Milkshake had unblended cylinders of flavouring throughout. Dirty tables. Maybe this is considered ok in Pakistan. Perhaps try hiring somebody local and figuring out what’s acceptable food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the Bacon Cheeseburger All The Way (fully loaded) burger and it was fantastic. It is a messy burger to handle and eat... but it is an incredibly delicious and amazing burger as well! And they sure don't skimp on the fries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. Over all servers were great. Burger was very good. Fries were too salty.
Cost was average. My only complaint is the tables were not kept up..i saw 4 guys working one could have cleaned the dinner. Other wise ill eat here if i return to the area but i wont eat in..that was my big dispointment.
