The shipmen is all paid and cleared customs, but sitting second day in some "UPS is holding the cargo at a secure facility, pending instructions and agreement" state. The support is useless and doesn't know what it means. I paid crazy money for tiny package for urgent shipping, and there is no way to find out what is the problem!

World's worst parcel service i have experienced ever. I have been waiting for my parcel since 16 july but till now it not yet deliver. When i check online status it changes loation from Mississauga to Celadon but not come to my hone address

Zero star. Worst place ever to collect a package. Ridiculous work ethics. Untrained individuals. Terrible customer service. Was left waiting for over 20mins but you can notice the going back and forth and chatting of lazy workers not attending to anything

Drivers are ignorant. They don’t even attempt to deliver. Just claiming adress is wrong and keeps package on their truck. Customer service is below zero and complete waste of time.

They promise delivery on a date and then at the end of the day say β€˜sorry we missed you’ (even though you were home all day waiting) and rebook to next day. Then they do the same thing again. After that your only choice is to pick it up at the airport. How convenient! That’s on paying $40 USD for UPS β€˜expedited delivery’. Hate to say it but even Canada Post is a better option.

How this company stays in business is absolute miracle. Multiple failed deliveries attempted , wrong address, missing labels etc. driver can’t figure out the simple address in Mississauga and cancels delivery. But never leaves yellow card saying he was actually there attempting delivery Called useless customer service about dozen times with no success or they simply hang up on you . Completely useless and disorganized company in general. According to their tracking emails I got my package is going around in circles. From now on I will refuse to buy from companies that use UPS as their carrier.

Worst service provided by UPS… I dropped a parcel on May 20th and I was told that it is going to reach the destination by May 24th. I checked the tracking online and it didn’t showed anything. I contacted UPS customer service and they told me that they don’t know where is the parcel. They lost my parcel because they shipped to the wrong destination. It’s been 20 days and they are not able to locate my parcel. I asked for the claim as per the user policy. They opened the claim twice but so far they have no answer. I am doing follow up with them and every time they have new excuses and ask me to wait more. I tried to contact the supervisor multiple times and the customer service told me that supervisor will be contacting you but so far I have not received any call. I have been to the UPS store twice and they are not giving me any information. UPS has worst customer Service and their customer service associate doesn’t know anything and they make new stories every time I call them.
