And yelled at me saying “I don’t care about this crate take it out off here. Told me to go back to Russia, very rude and racists and I am not even Russian…. Terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Had delays getting items to them and they accommodated the movers for me. Then had delays getting shipping arranged due to unusual move into the US. They stored the large crate for over a month at no charge. Amazing group to work with.
