Busy as usual. There are waits to grab an envelope of box. As a suggestion, they should keep envelopes and boxes open to public to save their time. Otherwise, their service is good.

Horrendous customer service. Covid is an excuse to not hire enough employees required to get peoples packages delivered. Automated messages are sent out with inaccurate information and no hospitality and care for peoples time and belongings.

Never use for anything important. UPS or DHL are better. Lost and sus drivers not following their own policy (too lazy to even stick a note on our door and now delayed over 2 weeks for an expedited package)

I seem to always have an issue here… whether its pick up or drop off. Last visit they told me i can pick up my package but when i arrived it wasnt there…yet. I had to wait about two hours for it to arrive there.

Great customer service! When I visited last I was greeted nicely and served well. If you are in rush and running late, they are open late. They close at 9:30pm and provide all courier services.

Can't even begin to describe the bad service they provide. They claim they could not find our building for a pick up. We have a 20,000 sq ft warehouse with the address well marked. Easy to find with google maps. They've been here many times. Called customer service, they said I can drop it off myself, I asked for complaints and they hung up on me. Update - I ended up dropping the parcel off myself as they suggested otherwise they would pick up next day which would mean it won't make it to the destination on time. I just checked and even though I dropped it off at their airport depot, as I was told to do at 5:55PM by their complaints (customer feedback) dept now they are saying because it was dropped off late (6:12PM) it won't be shipped until next day. Not sure if they believed I had a hyperdrive time defying vehicle to get me there instantly but somehow the 17 minutes it took me to leave the office and get there was long enough to miss the drop off time.

FedEx is a necessary service that takes full advantage of low competition in the market. The customer experience is lovely, with sweet representatives at the head office. However, it is slower than a glacier to see the line move. I needed to pick up a package that was redirected to this location instead of my local pick up spot, for no reason except the CS rep not listening. And onsite, the line had 2 people ahead of me and 2 personnel behind the counter. Yet it took me 30 minutes to pick up my package. I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is lovely.

We have blinds business. We have lots of angry and disappointed customers because of FedEx. We pay for Express air shipping and they deliver like land shipping. Unfortunately, our supplier wants to deal with FedEx only. If we had choice, we would have gone to different delivery company. We are their regular customers and pay them thousands of dollars every week. If regular customers are treated like this, we guess occasional customers are out of luck. FedEx is Holding packages for too long. Tracking system is not up to date. When they deliver, they rarely deliver complete orders. Then we have to wait again for them to deliver rest of order. They say that they are very busy that's why packages are delayed. We can see that packages are sitting in Mississauga FedEx facility for so many days. We are willing to go pick up products but they don't even give us option to pick up. We spend hours talking to customers service, all they say is "sorry for delay, we are doing our best to deliver your products ASAP". They tell us that they have sent request to deliver products ASAP and someone will call us within 24 hours to address our concern. We wait few days but no delivery, no call. We call customer service again, and the next rep. tells us that there is no information in the system that we called before. It's been going on for so long. All we can do is hope that FedEx improves its service, but it may be too much to ask for.
