★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, blaring loud bollywood music inside, dry burgers, and a men's washroom with approx 10 loads in the single toilet. DISGUSTING PLACE!!!! Oh did I mention the abrupt rude female who took my order? Zero customer service.

Food was greasy and staff interaction wasn't the greatest. I've never had a Whopper dripping in oil before.
There was no one in the restaurant and they still asked us to park it for some reason. Come on BK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru experience, one car ahead of me with in 30sec drive thru got full, ok got it busy all of sudden. I did not even completed my order what i heard was you can drive thru i had to let them know, i would like to add drinks. What are you guy training your staff for customer service or productivity to clear line fast in order to compete with your other locations?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you check your order. I made the mistake of trusting them on providing the correct order and boy was I wrong. Ordered through mobile, raspberry iced tea, they end up giving a Coke. Too bad I already left. Tried calling the number on Google to complain but the phone doesn't even work. Quite disappointed as I am allergic to Coke. I have absolutely nothing to say about the workers as it won't be anything good

I order Nashville chicken burger with spicy patty and i got the regular and i ordered combo with poutine and i got fries plus coke tastes like sugar. I don't understand why can't you manage your restaurant properly when people spend their money there or we just wasting it?
