Installation was very well done. Installers took their time to ensure everything was done properly. They were very personable and cleaned up any mess created

We had a fairly large project where we replaced existing laminate counters in both kitchen and two bathrooms and replaced with Calacatta Quartz in addition to doing the kitchen backsplash in the same stone. Being about 1.5 hours away from GTA, Emma dropped by our house herself and took the necessary measurements and was very cooperating and responsive with any concerns that I had. Her installation team were true professionals and ensured that the install and cleanup was to my satisfaction. Overall, my family is very happy with the upgrade. I highly recommend Emma and Moonstone Granite for anyone looking for good quality stone and tension/hassle-free service and installation.

Instead they installed an epoxy based cheap countertop from China. Was surprised to see what we got and owner Emma stopped responding to calls. She was rude and denied to make the change when finally was able to get hold of her through store visits. The undermount sink fell in a couple of months never to fixed back. Investment down the drain and had no appetite to reinvest. Pathetic pathetic pathetic.....

Edit: I tried to give more business and they provided me with a good quote, however, they never came for measurements and every time I asked they just started to ignore. I guess if your job is not big enough then don’t waste your time here.

I found prices were very competitive, service was great and communication was very good. If you are looking for new counters I would at the very least give them a call and speak to Emma.

Customer service is amazing. There was a delay from their supplier however Moonstone delt it good customer service. Their products are excellent with very reasonable price. Regardless small or big job, they treat all the customers in great manner and satisfy customers’ needs. I would strongly recommend for the all types of kitchen related jobs
