★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today and after ordering and waiting for 20 min they said my order maybe got mixed up because they called on me(there's no order number, they don't call your name.. nothing they just say whatever you ordered) I was there waiting and I'm sure nobody called me.. well I told them I ve been wanting and that I want my order and guess what? They didn't even apologize they seemed to be careless and they were extremely rude. I won't go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really disappointed. I came to this location around lunch time and ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and the chicken was very bland. On July 7th I had the same order and it was the best chicken that I have ever had from any KFC PERIOD! I kept coming back and it was never the same ?. I don't who was in the kitchen that day, but they were good. I will have to give up, I don't think who ever that was is still there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order today on the app and came 2 mins after the scheduled time expecting it to be finished. However, when I came to the drive thru it seemed they were only now checking the app orders and didn’t have it ready. I was told to drive back around the drive thru in 5 mins. Overall- I wasted like 10 mins vs other locations that have the order ready on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately they renovated the store but not the staff. Ignorant service, cold food. Now the party pack that included 10 soft tacos 2 fries and nacho chips with cheese use to be 19.99$ now you can't get that deal, you have to buy the 5 pack for 13.99$. Again I dont mind paying more when the quality is good but.... not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them Zero but i have to gave them at least 1. I order 4 plant based combo on Sunday and they gave all the buns with mold on it. We complain about it but the shift Manager Gaurav was extremely rude. He was denying that it’s not a mole, i told him that i am Pregnant but still he was talking in aggression having no manners. That attitude of customer service is not right specially on the manager position.
Extremely unsatisfied and wort service.
