Very poor customer service and quality of product. Bought dinning table and paid before they deliver it to home. Table top was defected and let them know immediately. Called at store multiple times for exchange but did not get correct feedback. Went to store to talk about it and Gurmeet singh deal so rudely without understanding the situation.

PLEASE DON’t PURCHASE ANY FURNITURE FROM THESE CROOKS!!! Buyer beware, I bought $12,000 worth of furniture from here over 3 weeks ago.. they still haven’t tried to come to finish the set up in my home. They operate on their own clock and expect you to accommodate their nauseating time frames. They damaged our brand new kitchen table and still haven’t sent anyone to fix it. I have two items that needed to be hung on the wall and they STILL haven’t sent anyone to do this simple job. We bought two nightstands with built in phone chargers and they delivered two of same right handed night tables so the charger is on the same side for both. Ridiculous oversight but common sense seems to be wasted on them. Don’t get stuck in this endless cat and mouse chase with them this is how they operate their ‘business’. Scam you out of your money and lie to you daily about when they are coming and that they will come on time. Always tomorrow but tomorrow NEVER comes. If you’re dumb enough to buy anything from this store after reading my review then you deserve to get scammed and lied to. Bunch of slimey salesmen who don’t know how to tell time and will just dump their damaged goods in your home and leave you to figure it out. UPDATE: Very professional replying to a review instead of a paying customers calls and texts. You absolutely disregard the time slots I provided I was more than flexible and even called the store before your guys arrived to tell Them not to bother coming as I was beginning work. It’s not at all my fault if you and your employees aren’t able to deliver on a promise or show up for an appointment scheduled the week prior. When people give a time window of availability it’s understood that they are available for ONLY that time. Showing up at the end of a time window isn’t going to work- that’s common sense. Not to mention that you confirmed the tech would be showing up in the MORNING. Last I checked 12:15 it’s the AFTERNOON. I can include pictures too I have zero reason to lie. You lost a valuable customer and probably many more after this review. Doubt people drop 12 k in one visit at your store. Too bad professionalism and customer service and good communication is wasted on this place.

Good selection, we dealt with Masood nice & friendly sales person. Went out of his way to find products we were looking for and provided guidance through out thw process.

Amazing service! Thank you Mansoor for helping us and showed us verity of options for bed set I was looking for, I been to many other places but finally I got what I wanted at Purba furniture. Quality of furniture is extremely good. I am happy with my purchase. Definitely going to come here again and bring more people!

Best place to buy furniture for the whole home years ago my brother in law had a good experience and recently in February 2022 I bought my bedroom and living room furniture and loved it. Great people, good customer service and all the furniture in Stock no waiting and Free delivery. I highly recommend that before you buy furniture from somewhere else please come visit and have a look. They have a good variety of all kinds of furniture.

Bought a glass console table here last week, price is very fair. I picked up the unit, opened it at home and it was broken in the leg. Our salesperson, Mr Mansoor, was very helpful and replace us a new unit. Very happy with the purchase, definitely would come back and refer friends in the future!

In less than a year the bed set we bought here started peeling and two years later is in absolutely abysmal condition. We don’t abuse our furniture or damage it in anyway. Just regular use resulted in almost all pieces peeling the sticker like material on top of everything. Highly recommend not buying anything here. I would have overlooked the extremely late delivery and the poor assembly by delivery people (leaving me to attach the handles and carry the pieces up, even though we paid for delivery and assembly) but the extreme peeling on every corner and every piece is extremely disappointing. Please look at my photos to see that this wear has absolutely nothing to do with us and just a result of materials failing due to normal home temperature changes.
