★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shady and their prices are not the best I would stay clear from this place as my friends have purchased products and you get what you pay for
The owner also favorites the Asian community more than others walking in wont pay much attention to anyone who isn't asian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to visit their store after seeing an ad. They had so many brand and appliances to choose from and a lot more in their warehouse than their website. Great price. I got additional instore discount so it was worth my trip from Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a GE slide in range in 2015. worked well but never quite fit into the counter top I had installed. when checking a few things and looking for some parts.. it appears.. that this range had been put together from a Gas and Electric units and sold as a good unit. (pgs975ser2ss) basically the unit is trash. Great deal. cost me a grand which I suspect wont be coming back to me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service experiences in a while. The salesperson was disinterested in showing me the options available and made it seem like I was asking too of him to do so. I wonder how he would fare if I had dared to ask him a question about an appliance. Prices were also higher than competitors and they don't treat you like you're annoying them for walking into their store. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Edit: Thanks for responding but I was looking to purchase a fridge that very same day and purchased one later that evening elsewhere. I also did ask the gentlemen if your store offered said price-match policy and was told that there is no such policy is in place.

He is very helpful in terms of directing me to products that have the functions I am looking for, they have a great selection of brand new units and some great quality open box appliances I used for my basement! Got all my appliances at a great deal too! I would highly recommend them!
