CON: They seem to be always out of stock with bubble wrap and my specific polymailer size! I guess there are shortages everywhere these days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely impressed with Stallion’s customer service and standing behind their Stallion Protection coverage. I recently needed to file a claim for an item that arrived damaged. After uploading the requested invoice and photos, my claim was honoured within a few days. This coverage provides me with great comfort and I plan on staying with Stallion Express for all my shipping needs. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stallion Express offers the best shipping prices and their service is good. They offer good customer service and respond quickly. The only thing I would not recommend is the Stallion Protection... It doesn't provide coverage when you need is so if you can't afford to loose the occasional shipment, use a different service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What impresses me the most is the constant and continual strive for improvement at Stallion. Almost all the faults I would have said they had just 1 year ago have been eliminated or greatly improved on. Good Work!
Some points currently;
-Bubble envelopes used to be most competitive in the industry - Now they are priced higher than others.
-Wish the flat rate Domestic Stallion shipping still existed, with it gone, the price of shipping for smaller packages to most destinations has gone up. - Maybe the introduction of an affordable shipping class for light weight (less than 1lbs) parcels for Canada ?
- Main issue that remains is SHIPPING OVERAGES. I overstate the weight and size of my packages and yet occasionally I see extra charges appearing for them. Its absolutely false, because all the packages I ship are identical in size and weight, yet these overages still show up inconsistently. It seems to happen with certain types of shipping and services. Please recalibrate your machinery!
