★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to this warehouse for a customer pickup of a hot tub today. signed in with dispatch and got my paperwork. i was told to go into warehouse and see the shipper to load my truck. i got within 10 feet of the shipper and he started yelling at me. he swore at me all without me saying a single word. i could not believe that a warehouse would have such an unprofessional person on staff dealing with the truck drivers. i suggest people avoid this warehouse. they just do not seem to care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid to have goods cleared, sent driver to pick up and they would not release. Had to pay driver to wait and make a return trip! Who has money for that these days! Finally they realized that the delay was 100% their fault, but would not credit any monies. What a scam!
If at all possible AVOID this company! Double dipping, what a way to profit!

they will make mistakes and make you pay for them!! if you complain.. they will intentionally make more mistakes and maximize their profit on you! all because of their mistakes.!!

Their team especially Gus saved my day by taking extra step to double check my location and calling me in advance to adjust the delivery plan. They could have just blindly sent my stuff but that would be a disaster for me. Great guy!
