I have not installed as yet so i cannot speak on the flooring itself. It looks quality. Boxes were new and unopened. Staff was friendly as well.

I’ve asked for some suggestions and NO ANSWER!! Update. Tons more scratches and dents! Anything super light that falls on this floor will dent it. Don’t waste your money!!!

I loaded up my pick up truck to the max and I made it home ok! I agree with one of the other negative reviews on the staff. They aren't very friendly.

S	SH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the "Beverly Hills", Grandeur Flooring. One of their newest colours. It is a 2mm flooring and is not the greatest thickness for resanding. I think a 3mm or thicker if you want to resand down the road. Colour pretty, but regret purchase because of the 2mm. Head Office was very rude to me and would not answer my questions on their product. This product has a green undertone to it in certain lighting. I don’t recommend this product if you want to resand one day, or if you don’t want a green undertone.

The finish they use is extremely poor quality and you will not be happy with it. Their staff are both rude and unprofessional. The photos posted below were taken just 4 weeks post install. Our home is clean, we have no pets and we had felt on all of the furniture...somehow, felt scratches this flooring! The company will do nothing about it!

After visiting all the companies on our list, we decided to choose Grandeur without any doubt. Because it was professional, and the price was amazing. After installation, we had a few cases left, then Grandeur happily accept the refund the extra cases. The whole process was pleasant! Highly recommend if you are still hesitating which company you are choosing. Overall, good quality and low price and friendly service!

I’ve had several bad experiences in the past with other manufacturers; boards being too short…. The boards being in bad condition (all uneven). I’ve had a bad top coat that resulted in a dirty looking film- leaving me buffing and cleaning like a mad woman! In short, after a series of disappointing outcomes- I decided that I would only go with a reputable company ever again for the purchase of hardwood. In comes Grandeur. After shopping, store after store this past month, the Grandeur brand kept appearing, with lovely options. I knew of the name and further researched the brand. I finally placed an order at a store in Mississauga. After I placed my order at the store, I got nervous, wondering how I could be sure that I would be receiving Grandeur. I decided to call the manufacturer directly to confirm. Tony from Grandeur responded immediately - confirming that the order had been received. Over the next few days I became fixated on colour selection- second guessing myself. Tony was kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and accommodating when I opted to make a switch at the last minute!!!! He never paused. Since the pandemic, with all the supply issues, the notion of customer service barely exists- but at Grandeur- they catered to me with patience. The flooring arrived and it was PERFECT. Beautiful flooring making for a super easy install and Canadian made! I completely recommend Grandeur!? My flooring is PANDO and I LOVE it.
