Two staff who should be attending to a customer (me) carried on a conversation for 20 minutes before acknowledging I was there. Majority of the warehouse staff were very rude - even telling me to "calm down" when I had a time schedule to stick to. These people REALLY need a lesson in customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.
C	Canada Lover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad comapny. No safety rules. Just punshing drive wl msg u after every 30 min. They started paying overtime bcs no any drive want to stay in this company. Every week they wl deduct 2 to 5 hrs with out any means if u ask reason thn u wl fired. They r also deducting 30 min daily break without giving u any break. So better if u wana try here dont leave ur old company bcs u wl not stay here for a long

Got to speak with both the admin and the warehouse staff, both were very helpful in helping me get my crate of glass in so I could get it through customs. I was getting nervous with tight deadlines and despite calling them multiples times in the same day, they were always kind and helpful. Also the forklift operator did a phenomenal job getting my crate it. Moving 2 tonnes of glass always makes me nervous, but I unpacked it at its destination and it was all intact. All my shipments are going to Toronto from now on :)

Never do business here I asked to reduce it but nope they refused I dont mind to compromise its ok but 1350 it cost more then my cargo go to other places. These guys take money. I got charged entire time man I was going to be ongoing customer but now nope I'm looking elsewhere

J	Jason McNutt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arranged for a moving company to retrieve our cargo. Called the warehouse many times including the morning of pickup to verify everything. The moving company arrived at our home missing 2 pieces of our cargo that needed to be delivered there. When we phone the warehouse to figure out what happened, they blamed the moving company saying that all 8 pieces were given to them. We sent pictures of the missing items and half an hour later they admitted that the warehouse made a mistake. Edit: The owner was kind enough to help cover the additional fees that were incurred upon us. It was a quick follow-up to the issue we had and was much appreciated!
