★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connie was excellent to deal with in getting the gen organized. The only issue was getting it sooner. She had hoped to have it to us before lunch but because of troubles getting drivers and other circumstances in the yard we had to wait until mid afternoon.

Usually ti takes up to 3-4 days to get an email back from any company if you even get one back. I rented the piece of equipment and it worked as required plus it was ready for pickup when requested.
