Established in 1980, Byron's Plumbing brings not only experience, but innovation to the industry by constantly thinking outside the box. "We do things a little differently around here", owner and President Byron McNeely says. "One time, wholesaler had talked to a customer that had a problem. All the companies he called told him that it couldn't be done.". The wholesaler said, "If it can't be done, go see Byron. He will find a way. We try and accommodate our customers. In this case, it was supplying air conditioning to a two-story house that had only slab heating and no ducting. But, we found a way to make it work."

We called and they said a plumber was available to head over in a couple of hours. He arrived on time, was polite, and was able to repair the issue. Cleaned up and explained what the issue was and how we could prevent this from happening in the future. Very happy with the service, we would highly recommend Byron's plumbing to anyone who needs good service.

Saved at least $2000 and expect to get 5-10 years of live out of the tank. Really appreciate the help.

When the water tank was installed in 2020 we purchased Byrons Club, which insured a free inspection and cleaning for the hot water tank after a year . They called ME to set an appointment for the service. Truthfully, I forgot we purchased it! However, we saved over $130 with the Byrons club ! Also,Taylor was awesome he’s very knowledgeable and also showed me how to fix my tap saving me again $$$ ! Would I recommend Byrons Plumbing I absolutely would!

They solved our problem and we have unlimited hot water since they installed our new system. We had two hot water tanks and one of them was constantly going out. Replacing the problem hot water tank was not an option. Byron's came up with a great solution by installing a new tankless water heater, using our working tank as a pre-heater for cold water.

I contacted Byron’s when my condo townhouse basement drain was slow, and the “preferred vendor” of the property management company, and the property management company itself were not responding appropriately. The technician came, quickly isolated the issue and got to work fixing it. My elderly neighbours who were experiencing the same back up to a much more significant degree (sewage everywhere) approached him on the driveway to see if what he was doing would help them (they were still waiting to hear from the property manager). He took the time to listen to them and when he was done, he went over and checked to make sure they were draining properly (they were). He told me exactly what the issue was and where so they could be relayed to the property company. He was very compassionate with my neighbours and also very professional with the work he did in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone needing urgent help, or any other kind of plumbing related work. The work was excellent and his kindness to everyone involved was awesome.
