★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we received this week was beyond frustrating. Three visits to fix a gas valve. First visit, when asked what was wrong after the tech had "assessed the problem", the tech said "I don't know whats wrong, pilot is lit, wait an hour to see if you have hot water". I explained that the pilot kept going out and by lighting it, it wouldn't fix the problem because it keeps going out...Sure enough, still no hot water and pilot went out. Second visit, realizes the gas valve needed to be replaced. This couldn't have been figured out on his first visit? The following day, still no hot water, same tech comes out to finally fix the gas valve.
