★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katie is a master at her craft, her beautiful charcuterie boards are sure to impress, both visually and to your tastebuds! I have been using her for our office functions for over a year now and she has never missed the mark! I have also reached out to her on a few occasions where it was last minute and she went out of her way to accommodate! I will update with pics soon, I am on my son's Google account as I don't have one of my own but she's that good!! I love that we are supporting local too, thanks for everything Katie! Wendy B

The time and effort that is put into each dish is so obviously displayed in the food. I will always choose Brie & Banquet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this company both personally and professionally and I can't stop telling anyone that will listen how amazing Katie is. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The platters are designed beautifully, and taste insanely delicious with something that everyone will love. The goat cheese is yummy yummy and was a huge hit. If you're questioning whether to purchase from this small business, stop and get ordering! You won't regret it I promise. Your time is worth SO much more. These are also awesome for at home date nights!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely adore Katie at Brie & Banquet! From bridal shower boxes to weddings and elopements to date night she creates the most aesthetically pleasing and delicious grazing pieces. Katie always accommodates dietary restrictions for our orders (big or small) and has pivoted so well with offering individual options that are a safe way to snack during these times. She now carries beverage options and other add ons in her shop making Brie & Banquet the ideal one stop shop for gifts and special occasions. We are looking forward to many more delicious grazing treats from B&B!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Fabulous! I was given one of the Solo Grazing boxes as a "Thank You" from my work and I'm so impressed! The boxes are so well done, not only visually, but the flavours and variety of foods too. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much food was in the box.
As a side note, I'm a chocolate-chip cookie kind of girl through-and-through, so I was a little skeptical of the "cookie-sandwich" which was included in my box. It may have been the best cookies I have ever had! I believe it was some kind of pistachio/raspberry/sugar cookie combo with a delicious icing/jam combo sandwiched between. Just an incredible combination of flavours! I highly recommend getting one if you can!
