★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen renovation - moved some plumbing. Poor communication between Icon member doing quote, first visit and eventual work. Poor communication with me - the homeowner. Changed the scope of work that was detailed and priced out on the written estimate w/o communicating with me. Work itself seems OK. Estimate was vague compared to other trades which made it difficult to understand what the final bill included. I would not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service, great work, on time, and all within the confines of their original quotes. Kyle, Nathan and Calvin were a pleasure to work with. We purchased a home that needed some major repairs and Icon was there for us every step of the way. They removed our poly B piping, installed new pipes, replaced the furnace, hot water tank, 3 toilets, shower unit, dishwasher, outdoor hose faucets and hooked up the gas line to our new gas oven. Thanks Icon - you did an outstanding job for us. - Cheers John and Karen Ross

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine this…moving into a home and dealing with fun little gems the previous homeowners leave you. Like for instance a toilet clogged by years of flushing baby wipes! Yup, nothing like doing your business and your business coming right back up your shower drain to haunt you. Not to mention discovering this when you are in severe need of a shower…after playing the sweatest hockey game of your life…
In all seriousness, the guys at Icon did a fantastic job with our whole home renovation. We laughed, we (almost) cried

When I called in a panic needing help, they were fast to come to investigate the cause of a major leak associated with my dishwasher, they provided a detailed investigation report to me needed by my home insurer, were kind and patient as they answered my multiple questions and left me feeling at ease. I am someone that really values quality of work and was left feeling that Icon really did a quality and thorough job. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The squirrel cage in our 43-year-old furnace gave out. We had no heat. We called just before 9am, and within an hour, Steve was at our home and taking a close look at what needed to be done. Instead of trying to sell us on a new furnace, he called Jay at the office; Jay immediately got on the horn to find a replacement. Fortunately, a replacement was found; Steve went to pick it up, came back to us, and installed it. After installing the new cage, Steve stayed to ensure the part was working correctly and there were no further problems. He also gave us guidance on what we would need to look at in the future, as well as how to best maintain our old furnace. Throughout the entire experience, Steve was friendly, respectful, and very informative about our options, and we were not overcharged. If anything, the cost was more than reasonable for the work and care we received.
We are so deeply grateful to Icon Plumbing & Heating - and especially, to Steve and Jay! - for coming to our rescue. We recommend this company 100% !
