They welcomed me with care and a coffee, fit me in for an emergency repair, in a word awesome! Competitive quotes and pricing. Quality service backed with warranty for anything that may arise outside of the scope of the customers responsibility, in a word awesomeness. Driving down the road with my detailed and properly repaired ride with piece of mind backed repairs, come now that AWESOMENESS! At Heninger Toyota, sales, service and collision they hand you the customer, the golden egg. As far as I’m concerned; if you decide not to give Heninger Toyota a call for a quote, the yolks on you. ? Accomodating and collaborative when I wanted to use another company to replace the damaged protective film. Did a paint touch-up free of charge on a very small area I chose not to repair - really appreciated that. Would highly recommend them and definitely go back if needed!

Their parts customer service (Warren) was fantastic. They were quick to answer questions and called me back with answers. I then stopped into the parts department to see if exploding sunroofs are a recall issue. I met with Operations Manager Dave who addressed my concerns, viewed my vehicle, offered some advice and then sent me to see Kris at the Body Shop. Kris and his team cleaned up my broken roof, crash taped it for the upcoming rainy weekend and as an added bonus buffed out a beauty mark where my garage jumped out and took a swipe at my vehicle. I have been leery to work with dealerships based on poor past experiences and high costs. The team at Henniger was phenomenal on all fronts. They went above and beyond any customer service I have seen anywhere lately (and I am in sales). I will definitely be back and will mention the service to my other Toyota friends.

Heather had a look at it and said they might be able to buff it out. After about 15 minutes it was back and better than brand new! She even gave me some tips on how to fix a couple of rock chips. I have had work done here before and I highly recommend them. They do great work! Thank you so much!

The team at Heninger Collision Centre was incredibly patient with all of my questions regarding how to arrange for repairs and a rental car, all paid through my insurance. They handled the communication with my insurer (Intact) and booked the rental car on my behalf, all without me having to put down money or stress about any of the details. The work that they’ve done looks great. They had to do some repair on the rear passenger side of my car, and it looks good as new. They even cleaned the exterior AND interior of the car, above and beyond what I expected. Throughout the process, they kept my informed about what was going on and were very patient with my questions (I can’t stress that enough, I had a lot of questions!). As a bonus, they finished the work on my car a full six days early. I would definitely recommend this shop.
