Welcome to FloTech Pump
FloTech was started in 2001 with the sole goal of supplying pumps and pump parts in a timely fashion. ?It was noticed that if you needed parts for your pumps you always had to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. ?This was un-acceptable so FloTech decided that it would create strong relationships with its customers and make sure that the parts they needed where kept on hand.
This created a huge benifit to our customers as their downtime was cut down dramatically. ?Which represented a huge cost savings all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used a Flotech Pump for quite a number of years, it finally died on me. I had bought another Flotech Pump Model FP0S2450A-09 at the same time as a back up. When my first pump died I set up the new Flotech Pump but it quit working very soon after it was installed. I phoned the Flotech number in Calgary seeking some assistance troubleshooting. I have never dealt with such a rude customer service person. I gave him the model number of the pump as per his request. He then stated, "Not my pump" and hung up. I called back, confused, as the Pump clearly has FLOTECH written in capital letters on it. I was simply seeking some clarification as to who the manufacturer might be if there are multiple Flotechs. Rather than speak to me the person just hung up again.
If this is the level of customer service one can expect from FLOTECH I would caution customers to stay away from their products.
