They offer excellent service and always go above and beyond expectations. Ken, Peter and Curtis are always great to deal with. I highly recommend them if you drive an Audi, VW, or Porsche!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Concept-1 since buying my Tiguan a year ago, mostly to pick up oil and other fluids for general maintenance. Ordering online is quick and easy, with curbside pickup being extremely quick and painless.
Today a spring clamp failed on an intercooler hose rendering me with barely any power. Luckily I was close to the shop, and managed to limp it over quickly. Ken and the service team were quick to get me in, and although they didn't have the correct clamp to replace, they were able to jerry-rig things back together to get me back on the road.
Hopefully I won't need to make another emergency stop, but I know where I'm bringing my vehicle for anything major that can't be done in my home garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve owned 4 VW Westfalias over the past few years and each one of them has made a visit to concept one.
The team is great, from the ownership, to parts counter, and their service man is great too.
Quality of work is superb, I’ve had everything done from oil changes, brakes, electrical work, to a full 2.0 air cooled late bay bus motor built by these guys.
Work is always bulletproof, they carry good quality parts, and they are quick to book people in for appointments (depending on the time of year).
Their lot is clean and secure as well. Which is a total bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter is definitely great to deal with and gives you honest feedback and advice services are exactly as quoted and work is done right. One thing I do not like closed showroom makes it not easy for out of town people to get a car serviced there. Yes they have a key drop box but I like face to face interaction. Just my 2 cents
