★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had my new car in here twice now. Fixed switch for my mirrors, but windshield seal still not fixed. Have to bring back again cause windshield seal still a mess. Steve the owner has done alot for us recently, in order to make this a good experience . Gave us a brand new windshield to compensate for all the unhappiness we have been through in this situation. Also did detailing for us. We will highly recommend this shop for all your needs. Thank you to steve for helping us in this matter. He has gone above & beyond for us. This is excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so I usually don't give reviews but I totally had to because I had such an awesome experience with Xpress Auto! I get anxiety going into service shops because last time I got my oil change I was scammed into spending so much more on repairs I didn't need. I went into this shop because a friend recommended I go and I'm so happy I did. They diagnosed my vehicle and it needed a few things, it would have been so expensive, but the techs totally understood my financial situation and didn't take advantage of me not knowing about mechanical stuff! He sat down with me to come up with a game plan for repairs with honesty and I felt he genuinely cared. I'm referring my girl friends here from now on because I felt so well taken care of, and because of the tech's honesty! It's nice to see businesses with this kind of integrity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my Chrysler 300 for an oil change and windshield change. Excellent service very friendly and reliable. As they were doing these services one of the techs noticed one of my fuse’s was faulty. They notified me and got the issue resolved same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so this shop gives incredible customer service! I booked in with them on a day off and was called into work last minute. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to bring my vehicle in for a week and my check engine light was on during this crazy deep freeze we are in ? Steve went completely above and beyond my expectations, came and PICKED UP my vehicle at work and dropped it off to me at my shift end! I've never heard of a shop even doing that for their clients and my Jeep is running amazing! I found my new repair shop, super happy with the service and work! 10/10 would totally recommend!
