★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Guaranteed Auto for a few years now starting with oil changes. When I needed further work done on my car, they did it correctly and for a reasonable price. Their shop rate beats a dealership by miles! Contador is very easy to deal with and I have sent at least 2 friends there who continue to go. Very happy with Guaranteed Auto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for an out of province inspection on an older car in great condition. They told me it would be $750 of repairs to register the car and told me they would not sign off on registration if I did not make these repairs. I took the car for a second opinion inspection and the mechanic there said it was $24 for a light bulb and they would sign off to register the car. Also had the car previously inspected before purchase and it passed that as well with only a fix to a windshield wiper. Staff here were trying to pressure us to make repairs on the car that weren't even needed.
Very disappointing as we had previously trusted this shop. The front desk lady was someone new I had never spoken to before and was very firm about the repairs.
We will not be returning now and do not recommend especially for an out of province inspection, which they are advertising for $80. It's better value to pay a little more for the inspection and have someone who will be honest about repairs required for registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted ahalf day with this guys, they booked me at 1:30 for wheel alignment tires swap, dropped car, they said it will take 1 hour 45 mins, I came 2,5 hours later to pick up the car, but they didn't even start the alignment, just changed the tires. While they were changing tires they used my brand new key for lug nuts with air tool, which is not supposed to be used with air tool. They drove over some lubricant on my old tires, and loaded them to my trunk covered in that disgusting dark-green paste without sweeping it. The floor mat on drivers side is also covered in that lubricant, so filthy! I would never go there again, horrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an out of province inspection. I'm from Ontario. I replaced the worn parts that I needed to replace prior to the inspection. So I was expecting the car to pass on the first shot. And my car did pass, without a fuss. I would've given 5 stars but my appointment was on 10am, but the car didn't go in until 11:30am. I came on a Monday and they were probably finished up stuff from the week before. The actual inspection of my car only took 25mins. So I was out with the certificate by around noon. Second cheapest inspection I found in Calgary. Receptionist was a very nice lady. Mechanics seem honest. I recommend this place based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received several quotes from other lube shops regarding the cost of an oil change provided I brought my own equipment (filter, oil, etc.) The price ranged from $50-$70!!!
Then I called Conrado. He agreed to change my oil, oil filter, complete 5min engine flush I had purchased and switch my air filter for $28+tax!!!!!
Very knowledgeable reasonable professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent value compared to other shops which expected to charge twice as much for the same work. They fixed what I wanted with out trying to inflate the work with unnecessary things. They were efficient and my cars hood looks good as new. I will be back in the future for any body work I may need.
