★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service: courteous, professional, knowledgable. The mechanics did exactly what they said they would, in exactly the promised timeline and within quoted costs. No surprises along the way, expectations were well managed. If you have any concerns, voice them up front, and the staff will help you and answer any questions. Prices are much better than at the dealership and the service is by far superior. Would definitely come back for service to TRS. Highly recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a model newer than 2019, take it elsewhere . These guys only know how to fix the older Range Rover models . They promise they will call back but never do. They don’t reply to emails or voicemails. The worst part is , they waste your time instead of just accepting that they can’t fix your vehicle.

As I was 6000km away from home with not a lot of option, they were able to make time for me in their busy schedule to get my car fixed to continue my trip. They were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunate I have to say good bye to their great customer service and quality!

Called and left a message and Chad called me back promptly and let me know that they are not able to do alignments at the moment (coming soon) but he referred me to another shop that can do this specialized job. Thank you for getting back to me and for the referral. Excellent customer service experience and I will definitely be calling these gents the next time I require service.

I am in the automotive industry and I have to tell you that these guys have saved my butt on several occasions, they are honest and professional. Instead of taking your vehicle to a franchise dealership with the risk of getting ripped off I highly recommend TRS automotive. Thank you guys for all of your help!
