Very ethical and reliable shop. Got the back brakes done. As always I have found their work on my car timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. Their employees are very professional and informative especially Dave. They go above and beyond to make sure our questions are answered. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their auto repaired at a reasonable rate.

Dave and his crew have looked after every family vehicle we've had for the past 15 years. He looks after us like family, won't sugar-coat the issues, and makes sure we drive away with a safe vehicle. Dave knows his trade, and his experience and knowledge is priceless.

Dave is very knowledgeable about cars, very pleasant to have an easy conversation with, always willing to assist, and their price is reasonable. I will greatly recommend this place. Have been using them for years now and I don't regret a thing.

Two years ago my dealership told me my car needed $3k of work. On the recommendation of a friend, I took it to Dave for a second opinion. He checked my car over and clearly explained everything I'd been told I "needed"—one repair was actually a "needed now" repair, and the rest could wait or were complete bunk. He did that "now" repair for far less than the dealership quoted, and popped the hood before and after the work was done to walk me through what needed to be done/what was done so I could see and understand. Dave has been upfront about everything my car has needed since then, and I really appreciate it. Earlier this year someone smashed my car window the evening before a statutory holiday and stole my bag and wallet. Dave got my car fixed on the holiday, and for a great price. He's a great dude and does great work. Highly recommended.

I wasn't going to share a review but they texted me requesting one so here it is: I purchased a 3 year old vehicle from Auto House that was supposed to be 100% mechanically certified. Within a week of purchasing it, I noticed that there was a major issue when accelerating which I suspected was the turbo since the vehicle wasn't spooling and minimal torque was generated above 1700 RPM. I was told that since I had purchased the extended warranty the repair would be covered and to take it to their own Auto House repair facility. They had the vehicle for two days then told me it was repaired, but there was a charge of several hundred dollars for "fluids and hoses that aren't covered under warranty." I was assured that they had driven and tested the turbo to ensure it was accelerating properly and that the turbo was engaging properly. Keep in mind I had owned the 3 year old vehicle for just a couple of weeks at that point. I reluctantly paid but was glad to have the experience behind me. Several days later, I noticed that the issue was not resolved and the vehicle was operating identically as it had when I initially brought it in. They booked it in again and told me that the turbo was actually shot and would require a replacement but not to worry as it would be covered by the warranty. Of course, the fluids and hoses would not be covered. I explained that they should credit back the original charge since they didn't actually repair the vehicle (which was now back for the same issue) but it fell on deaf ears. I didn't have a choice but to leave it with them again. The second repair took one week. I had purchased the vehicle at the end of October 2018 and then in August of 2019 it began emitting a loud rubbing sound from the undercarriage. I refused to take it to Auto House based on my previous experience. I took it to a reputable mechanic who advised that the differential was shot; a repair of almost $3,000. The warranty covered the repair but I was again on the hook for $262.65 for fluids that were not covered by the warranty. To put this in context, at that point I was out over $750 for fluids on over $5,000 in repair work for a 3 year-old vehicle that I had owned for 9 months. Caveat emptor - consider yourself warned. I would not recommend either Auto House or their repair facility, however I do appreciate their invitation to leave a review.

I had an amazing experience with this mechanic shop. Dave is an absolutely pleasure to deal with as he is very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Also the owner is wonderful even though I total forgot his name lol but mind you I only spoke with him once. The prices are very fair and they go out of their way to make sure you are not getting ripped off. I needed a transfer case and also a transmission for my ford edge and couldn't afford a new one so Dave found me a used one and saved me a lot of money. The car is running great now and I will definitely go back and always send friends your way. Take care and thanks again.

I had to get a vehicle inspection for my insurance and they got me in right away. They were really nice, caring and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable and fare. After the inspection they mentioned a couple of things that may need fixing in the future but not necessary at this present time. I liked that there was no pressure to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely be going back there when my vehicle needs TLC. Thank you

Great mechanic shop! Dave is very knowledgeable and thorough, he takes the time to explain the steps being taken and the cost. I will always bring my vehicle here, especially knowing they have fair pricing. I really appreciate their transparency, communication. Definitely a mechanic shop you can trust.
