J	Jacob Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Yes they do sell chocolate. It's very good 10/10 would recommend. But don't be like me and ask if they sell chocolate because the answer is yes.

I've followed their Instagram and watched all the videos of them creating their beautiful chocolates... When they popped up in the YYC Hot Chocolate Fest app this year we decided it was time. We bundled up in the cold, hopped in the car and off we went. It's a bit of an odd location because it's primarily industrial, but don't let that deter you. The shop is great, the staff are friendly, and the treats are DELICIOUS. This is our favourite hot chocolate to date, and the 4 pack of diamond hearts got me excited for this year's Easter eggs (??? I hope???). Definitely check this place out!
B	Brandon Cornies-Tullo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m convinced I was dreaming while walking in this store because I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing, Dallas the store manager, this crosseyed-uncomprehending excuse for a human wouldn’t listen to word I was telling him, I ended up receiving the worst chocolate I’ve had to date, and was overcharged so hard that I considered ending everything right then and there. I’ve never been in a worse depression than leaving the Chocolate Lab, I started projectile vomiting on the c-train due to food poisoning which led to me being beat half to death by the homeless. The chocolate lab has caused me nothing but pain. Whenever I’m around chocolate now, I fall to my knees shaking, with tears clouding my vision, wishing I didn’t live this life.
C	Carina Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm amazed by the beauty of chocolate. It's just so gorgeous to go into the showroom and see the art they've created to fill the display space. And then, the chocolate... We ordered a 9 pc box for our first try. We've eaten 8 and absolutely loved 7. The flavors are so inventive and beautifully balanced. Each piece was a mini work of art, which made it even more pleasing to eat. The most memorable for me is the Lemon Yuzu Passion. It made me enjoy white chocolate, which I don't normally! Go there. Spend the money. You won't regret it.

Chocolate Lab does some of the most beautiful and delicious chocolate work in the city. They remind me a lot of Beta5 in Vancouver in both quality and taste. Would recommend everything from the chocolate bars to the gift boxes. In the past they also did hot chocolate, which was also amazing. Truth be told, you really can't go wrong.

When I picked up my online order, I noticed there were far more selections in the store and asked if I could exchange my unopened package for one of the same size/price on the shelf in a different colour and was told no in a flat voice because I ordered online. No other explanation. I try to support local businesses but there is a lot of good chocolate in Calgary with friendlier establishments, so that was my third and final purchase at the Chocolate Lab.
n	nomad_paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small quaint shop with different varieties of quality chocolates, ice creams and other desserts! Tucked in a quiet corner along the Blackfoot Trail and has lots of parking spaces outside. Staff were amazing and helpful with our chocolate choices.

The girls selected a number of flavours and I got the Waldorf-Astoria Cocktail Collection (3rd Edition). There is a very wide range of options. What we've tried out of the lot so far is fabulous. The 2 young men attending to us were polite and very helpful. The shop is clean and tidy.
