He followed up by email and was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Starlite.

First, their website had an organized catalogue of products with reasonable pricing, so I knew exactly what to expect going in. When I reached out, James took the time to understand our unique project and walked me through various options of lighting systems.
Just pure pleasantness when interacting with James and Noah and I highly recommend reaching out to these kind folks if you are looking to put together a project, small or large.

I rented here for our wedding - their prices were affordable, they had exactly what I needed on a busy long weekend and were quick, efficient and happy to go above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend for wedding, events or for any other sound/lighting needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience dealing with Starlite. James had all of the time in the world to chat and seemed genuinely excited for me. The booking was easy. The multiday rental gave me the time I needed to setup and take down. The product supplied was in good working order and dependable. Everything about this made my event a success. They even sent me with extra supplies in case I needed them (I didn't).
I did not have the benefit of any professionals to assist me. I planned, organized and ran my own show. There were hiccups and it didn't exactly go as planned, but I had a blast. You can really have a lot of fun with some of the equipment these guys rent out.
I am happy to share my recommendation of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST USE OF OUR GRAD DECORATING BUDGET – just can’t say enough about how happy we were with the service from Starlite. They worked with us (the parent committee) to help us get the most bang for our buck for our grad décor (Heritage Christian Academy). We used most of our décor budget for lighting and we got the highest accolades for the final result. We rented an uplighting package plus a few more as large venue so around 20 uplights in total (12 PACK: LCG-5C Wireless DMX, Battery Powered Up Light with Charging Road Case) and a gobo projector light package (Textured Lighting Package - 4 x Ellipsoidals). I think they are the only place in town renting Gobo lights which gave us the effect we saw in magazines for high end events to get the great damask pattern on the walls which really made the venue (Winsport) look very classy and we got so many compliments on this as very unique!! We felt that it looked very professional even though we set it up ourselves (but had a lot of planning help from Starlite)!!
We had the uplights set to gold for the dinner and then changed them to dark blue for the dance and it worked out perfectly!! Bob and his staff worked with us a lot before the event, helping us get the colors we needed and showing us how to use everything. They even let us take a few lights to test out in the venue ahead of time which really helped us to plan out everything and get the result we were looking for. Highly highly recommend!!
