Firstly, it is important to note that I don't think anyone will work harder or more transparently for her clients than Maria. Over the year and half she worked with us on our new build, she consistently answered emails in a timely manner, answered questions, provided guidance and always stayed one step ahead of mortgage rate increases and process changes. She was able to pull together all our documents more than once, update mortgage commitments and ensure we had the best product available for our new home. Maria was more than professional though, she was supportive and knowledgeable. She shared insights into landscapes, other properties we held, market conditions. She helped us advocate for ourselves with our builder and our banks and she always was on our side. Maria got us the best rate despite many set backs in our build time and process and remains a trusted advisor. You will not find a more passionate, more down to earth and more honest broker for your mortgage products. We would highly recommend Maria and her team!
