★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Unionville Diagnostic Imaging for a few years now and I feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed there by the front desk personnel and the technicians. You don't have to wait long to see a technician like other places. They are all so positive and professional.. I saw Snezhana (technician) a couple of times and she is so patient and caring for her patients, answers all your questions in detail, and you don't feel like you're ever rushed. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for making me feel so relaxed and welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Unionville Diagnostic Imaging Centre all throughout my pregnancy and had a great experience! The technician, named Snezhana, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and even provided me with so much relief after a potential scare. I never felt rushed, unlike other imaging centres, and I was given plenty of information when possible. I always felt comfortable and relaxed, knowing I was in good hands with a technician who knew her job very well. I was even introduced some new services such as 3D imaging. I would highly recommend this place & this technician for any ultrasound needs.

Have to mention Jenna, in the Ultrasound, she is extremely gentle and polite , makes one feel totally at ease, and the Xray department as well..would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been used this place for Ultrasound exam many times casue it's close to my residence, the service is so so and the front desk is not polite/nice/friendly at all.
The front desk lady who speaks Cantonese English was pushing without patience and very unprofessional !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing efficiencies. I was in and out in 10 mins and barely had to wait (less than 5 mins) for my ultrasound. Technician was nice. Not a lot of people in waiting area so it feels safe. Place is clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Unionville Diagnostic Imaging yesterday, all the staffs that I met including the technicians and front desk ladies were very professional, friendly and efficient. Wait time was good too. Thank you Edith and Angela, you have great customer service skills and have been very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yes, the experience coming to the lab was great. I noticed they recently renovated the waiting room. It is bigger than before. It is very comfortable area to wait for the appointment. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and polite. I like coming to this lab as there are lot of parking space and it is not located in a busy intersection area. I recommend this lab if you need the medical imaging service. I have taken some pictures so one can reference it before getting there. I found it helpful?
