Visited today walk in they gave me instant appointment and did my ultrasound same time. Staff was courteous n friendly. Clean environment. Highly recommend

Worst ultrasound in the world. They had me wait 40 minutes for an appointment I had. I hate to wait and waste my time. What are appointments for if I have to sit and wait for 40 minutes??? Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go there again. It was so bad I almost walked out.

Front desk gave off a bad first impression, but soon became more friendly. Ultrasound tech needs to learn some bedside manners , she came in with a stink face and asked invasive questions ( her version of chitchat I suppose) that had nothing to do with the appointment. This place needs to review how their employees interact with their patients.

Walked in for ultrasound a day before, the front office reception was very helpful, I was quickly referred to technician who very professionally did the scan and made me comfortable through out. Got free In just 30 minutes. The place is clean, hygienic and the entire staff was caring and helpful. Recieved my report and diagnosis quickly..

Two different imaging procedures, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Can't complain about that.

Not great reception and mediocre services. They booked more patients in than they could handle. During COVID, it’s inappropriate to have a lot of people waiting inside and in the hallway. I waited 45 mins and found the person booked 20 mins after mine went in first.

This is so ironic. I was asked to give them cash when I paid. (God knows why they ask for cash?) Then I pay in cash. I still remember using the last coin in my wallet to get the right amount. After a month and a half, they kept calling for money. I said I had paid in cash as required. They asked me to provide proof of payment and mailed it to her. They called twice in a few hours to ask for money and didn't listen to the explanation and didn't believe you. They treat you as a thief who is in bad debt. Who should I complain to if the front desk is hiding my cash?

Went for a Ultrasound, met a super friendly technician her name is Homera Zamin, she is super professional and kind, made me very comfortable through the scanning, thanks for the amazing performance! By the way, also need to mention the front desk ladies are always there and very friendly every time for a visit,thanks again for all the great works ladies! ❀️
