I thought for sure we would have to replace all the carpets. But Neil was able to get all the stains and smells out. I was very impressed. He really stands behind his work. It saved us a lot of money and time. Ultra Vac is the BEST!

However with time being an issue we decided to try another company and based our decision on the reviews alone. I have to say we are so very impressed at how clean our carpet was when we came home yesterday, even better than when we first moved in, not only that but it smelled fresh and dried fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling again in the future. Thanks so much!
