He efficiently attended to his job and left our home clean and fresh.
We got to see what was in the duct work and it wasn't as bad as expected for 18 years.

Nathan was was quick and efficient and completed in a timely manner. I will definitley recommend this company for duct and furnace cleaning. Well done Modern Purair!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Nathan at Modern PurAir. He arrived promptly, did an overview of the dryer vent cleaning with me and got right too it. He was done in about 20mins and was conscious of my baby daughter napping in the house. He was respectful and diligent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nathan was my technician, in kamloops.. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Clear communicator and took time to explain everything prior to commencing with the service. He was thorough and very tidy. I would use this service again. I would specifically ask for Nathan. In a time when jobs are rushed and people are in a hurry, I never felt that Nathan was rushing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain what would happen, how it happens and how long it would take. I was a bit worried it would make the house dusty, he reassured me and explained that it would not. He was absolutely right. Nathan was respectful of my home, took his shoes on and off despite having to be in and out of the home. When he left, he left nothing for me to tidy up afterwards.
Overall, very happy with the service.

(Barf) Our family has been suffering with environmental allergies since we moved in a few months ago. Our house now smells amazing! Very happy to be breathing easier again. Thank you! From the first phone call, we found all the staff to be polite, eager to answer any questions and genuine. Max who came to do the service was efficient and friendly. He performed the service quickly and explained their protocol and pricing before beginning anything. No hidden fees, no surprises. I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them in the future. Keep it up guys!

He was very respectful to my 81 year old Mom who lives in a suite in my house. He explained the duct cleaning process prior to my service. Nathan was efficient and helpful.
