★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I came home from work to find my Yorkie had been in distress all day. There was blood all over my house as he had lost half his volume of blood. My white carpets had hundreds of bloody footprints everywhere. My stairs were covered too. I called Kamloops Carpet Care and asked Levi if he could help me out in an emergency. He was at my house within 20 minutes and within half an hour my white carpets were blood free. He did an amazing job and the price was incredible. I had just spent 24 hours the weekend before cleaning my carpets to save only $20. My 24 hours of hard work has to be worth more than that. I will never again clean my own carpets. Kamloops Carpet Care has proven to be reliable and Levi does an incredible job. Thank you Levi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Levi from Kamloops Carpet Care to clean my heavily soiled carpets and he was able to remove all the stains. He did such a great job that the carpets look brand new! He also cleaned my shag accent rug under my coffee table. It was so stained and now looks amazing!
He was punctual, friendly and cleaned up after himself. I have had horrible messes left behind from other careless companies. Levi left my place in pristine condition and the carpets were completely dry in one hour (but could walk on them earlier if I needed to). I highly recommend Kamloops Carpet Care for both residential or commercial jobs. Levi is also hilarious and has a great sense of humour. Thanks Levi again for doing such a great job!

He even provided a friendly reminder to ensure that I did not forget my appointment. I would not hesitate to use Kamloops Carpet Care again in the future. Thanks again for doing such a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have used them. They never returned 2 calls with messages left to make a booking 2 days in a row.. If they can't book properly I doubt the effort on cleaning.
Levi called today ( Day 3) within 30 minutes of me leaving this review. He left a message on my machine while I was outside. He called back within another 15 minutes and when I answered suggested there must be something wrong with my phone. I had made arrangements with someone else an hour earlier having waited over 48 hours. He stated that he had placed my number on this page and so I should remove my review.

Excelled client communication skills and very professional service and the ultimately clean carpets. My family is hard on our old carpets with having 3 pets in the house- Levi was able to breath life into our old carpets.
Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levi was very accommodating and thorough. He cleaned our carpet that had paint stains on it, it is barely visible now. The carpet is clean and dried within 2 hours as he said. I would use Levi's services again and recommend him to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.
