We were not disappointed, to say the least! They responded quickly to our emails/texts, and the proposal process was smooth and thorough. The crew set to work as soon as we signed the proposal, and Dave kept us updated throughout. Because there wasn't much to point out, the final walk-through took less than 10 minutes.
